Giorgio Armani Sunglasses

Giorgio Armani is one of the most popular names in fashion as well as perfumes. If you haven't heard of the company or the man then you are definitely missing out. Giorgio Armani may be known for clothing
and perfumes, but there are also several sunglasses collections from the company. There are over 208 different styles this year alone in his collection. Before getting into some of the styles for 2008, a little history is warranted. Giorgio Armani was born in Piancenza Italy in 1934. In 1961 he became known for his fashion designing in Nino Cerruti. In 1975 the women's line of clothing was released with his partner Sergio Galeotti. There are three main styles to Armani collection, the male, female, and unisex. Within these styles are the various models. The first types of sunglasses by Armani for 2008 are the aviator glasses. These are going to have the rounded lenses, and be a bit wider than other current styles. The aviator style for men has the dark blue tinting to the lenses to provide UV protection. One of these models actually has the polycarbonate lenses. The arms of the sunglasses are thin and have the curve for the ear piece. This style normally sells for 111 pounds and up. GA134S are a polarized set of the aviator style offering the orange brown lenses, but the same comfortable style. Normally they can be found for 140 pounds and up. GA209US is a female pair of sunglasses in the collection. They have wide square lenses, so that most of the upper face will be covered for UV protection, and especially the eyes. The frames are made of plastic material with the straighter side arms. The lenses are also a little thick at the top to protect the upper eye. This pair can be found for 100 pounds and above. The unique style GA368S is a unisex pair of sunglasses with the darker rounded lenses, thin metal strip between the lenses, and pink thick side pieces that curve around the ear. This pair can also be found for around 100 pounds or 199 USD.
