Lozza is actually the oldest brand of eyewear and sunglasses in the entire of Italy. The company was formed one hundred and thirty years ago, in 1878. Despite being so old, the company is still going
strong today. Since its foundations, Lozza has continued to expand as the years have passed. It has always done what it can to adapt its styles and conform to the different fashions that have developed over the years.
Since its birth, Lozza has always been known as one of the best eyewear companies in regards to having the largest choice of different styles and making use of different materials. Many of the famous and classic styles of eyewear frames have been in fact original Lozza designs. For example, in the 1920s, the famous cellulose sunglasses were launched by Lozza ? until then, sunglasses just had metal frames. Such classic and popular designs ensured that Lozza has long been a leading name in sunglasses designs, not just in Italy but across the globe. Today, Lozza prides itself in offering a large range of eyewear that is not only sophisticated and classical, but are also very reasonably priced in terms of their high quality.
Lozza's brand of sunglasses is aimed at a slightly older age range of the market than some of the other leading Italian designers. Lozza aims its sunglasses designs at a more conservative adult market, between the ages of around 35 and 60.
The new collection that is offered by Lozza is characterised by having 14 different designs. There is a wide range of lenses available, starting at the more traditional lenses, to organic, crystal and going right through to the more technical polarised lenses. The colours that are used in the designs by Lozza are all neutral and natural colours, in soft tones, but there is the occasional odd burst of bright red or green.
